Dubai’s skyline has transformed significantly from its modest origins as a fishing port to become one of the most famous in the world. But where are the best public locations to capture this beautiful city on camera? For more information, keep reading. When it comes to viewing Dubai’s skyline, there are many possibilities. You might want to rub your eyes to test if what you’re seeing is real or imagined in some of these viewpoints. In fact, the last location in particular made me gasp for air. Here is a list of my top spots where you should take your camera.
The Terrace Bar
The harbour at Dubai Creek may be one of the least frequented places in all of Dubai. The Lagoons have been in the works for a while, and the development is now giving travellers another great location to visit for photography. The 620 hectare Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, which has been around for 25 years and is home to about 450 different animal species, located all around the Terrace. The view of Dubai’s skyline from here is stunning.
Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel
The rooftop of Clique, which is situated on the Jumeirah Emirates Towers’ Upper Pool deck, is the ideal location to photograph Dubai’s International Financial Center. The third-tallest hotel building in the world is Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, designed by Hazel Wong. From here, you may take pictures of The Tower and Al Rostamani Maze Tower in addition to other intriguing structures. The lobby’s panoramic lifts are a must-see.
Dubai Frame
Visit Dubai Frame and stroll on a stunningly gorgeous glass walkway to make your vacation memorable. The breathtaking photo frame provides a bird’s-eye view of the entire metropolis of Dubai. From the sky deck level, you can observe the difference between Old Dubai to the north and New Dubai to the south. View various beautiful structures and huge malls from this commanding structure. Visit the museum on the ground level to find out more about how Dubai evolved from a sleepy fishing village to a modern metropolis.
Level 43 Lounge
On the bustling Sheikh Zayed Road, this open-air terrace is 43 stories high and offers guests breathtaking 360-degree views of Dubai’s skyline. This is the ideal location to capture the sunset as your mind wanders at the amazing vistas. A pool bar by day and a fancy lounge at night.
Taj Hotel- TreeHouse
Located in the Burj Khalifa’s back yard, it offers unobstructed views of the tallest tower in the world, which never fails to inspire awe. You should arrive early because it gets fairly packed here at night. Visit Above’s rooftop at the Sofitel Hotel for comparable views.
Burj Khalifa
Book your Burj Khalifa Tickets and experience the height of 829.8 metres, it was constructed in 2009 as the world’s highest artificial structure (2,722 ft). The best place in the world to snap pictures is at this massive edifice that SOM designed. Booking the ticket that takes you to the top is not recommended—it is not at all worthwhile. The best time to go, even if it could be packed, is between the hours of 5 and 7 pm, which is why it’s a little more pricey. The views are simply stunning.
360º Rooftop
360° guarantees a view of the Burj Al-Arab Hotel you’ll never forget. It is situated at the end of the Marina promenade at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, one of the most impressive sites in the entire globe. Better arrive here before 8pm as it is a popular club at night.
Dubai Marina
In a city where there are many impressive structures, Dubai Marina stands out as the location of some of the city’s newest and most fascinating structures, including the recently completed Cayan Tower by SOM. The finest location is from Al Sufouh Road’s opposite side as you cross the bridge in a northerly direction.
Turkish Village Restaurant
This restaurant is enormous, with two storeys, a large outdoor deck on each, and of course, wonderful views. Don’t miss the extraordinary view from a very unusual angle. Visit the magnificent Jumeirah Mosque, which is right across the street.
TOMO Lounge
With an adjacent bar, the old RED Lounge is now a hip Japanese restaurant. TOMO is located on the 17th floor of Raffles Dubai, close to the pyramid apex and one floor beneath the renowned club People by Crystal. The perspectives, however Make sure to reserve the table at the rooftop’s end.
View of the Palm
The observation deck, which is located on level 52 of the 240-meter-tall Palm Tower, offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the Arabian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah, and other well-known landmarks from an outdoor patio and an opulent VIP Lounge.

Palm Jumeirah is a universal representation of Dubai’s dynamism, expansion, and aspirations. The truly famous construction is shaped like the national plant of the United Arab Emirates, the date palm, and extends into the Arabian Gulf.
Ain Dubai:
Ain Dubai, commonly referred to as the Dubai Eye or the Dubai Ferris Wheel, stands 250 metres tall and is the ideal location to get a bird’s eye perspective of the city’s magnificent skyline. The Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa, Palm Islands, and the entirety of Dubai Marina can all be seen from here. Visitors will be able to take a seat in a 4D cinema that showcases an outstanding portrayal of Dubai’s advancements & history before boarding their capsule. There are 48 capsules total on the Dubai Ferris wheel, with a 1900 passenger capacity. About 40 people may fit comfortably inside each of these glass capsules, each of which is 30 square metres in size. A full ride or round takes about 45 minutes. Additionally, the opulent cabins at Ain Dubai provide an uncharacteristically high level of luxury with their exquisite parquet flooring, sofas, tables, and more.
